About the job:
Gestionar y coordinar un equipo de desarrollo y soporte manteniendo interlocución con otras áreas técnicas del banco y con equipos de usuarios.
Desarrollar y mantener soluciones que permitan evolucionar los sistemas del área para dar cobertura a las necesidades del negocio y/o normativas. Se trabaja con metodología Agile con apoyo de JIRA.
Revisión y/o generación de informes con KPIs y métricas funcionales y técnicas, revisión de los aspectos técnicos de los contratos de licencia de software y servicios profesionales, así como la relación con proveedores y gestión presupuestaria.
Cualificaciones
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en proyectos de desarrollo o mantenimiento de software y capacidad para gestionar equipos técnicos.
Capacidad analítica, trabajo en equipo con actitud proactiva y resolutiva, buena capacidad de comunicación e interlocución con usuarios y otros equipos.
Altamente valorable conocimientos de los mercados financieros y en concreto de datos de mercado.
Capacidad para poder estimar el coste de los nuevos desarrollos.
Capacidad de liderar varios proyectos en paralelo.
Conocimiento en la arquitectura NOVA del Banco y de los lenguajes de programación Java y Python.
Capacidad para analizar y entender código desarrollado por otros departamentos, entender su funcionamiento y poder refactorizarlo para cumplir con los estándares de desarrollo CIB.
