About the job:

Rol de responsable técnico en proyectos de Data Engineering CIB en la disciplina de CIB Finance Platforms.
Liderazgo técnico en el mantenimiento, transformación y evolución de proyectos sobre las plataformas de Data de CIB, identificando los problemas e ideando soluciones innovadoras utilizando las mejores prácticas y tecnologías disponibles, participando en la ejecución de los planes estratégicos.
Liderazgo técnico del tratamiento de datos en los proyectos relativos a los Datamarts de la Plataforma Informacional de CIB, incluyendo:

Definición y validación de Business Glossary y Data Dictionary.
Definición y validación de Modelo lógico y físico.
Definición e implementación de reglas de calidad del dato.
Definición y desarrollo del ciclo de vida del dato, desde su origen, tratamiento y consumo.

Contribución a proyectos de ingestas y procesamiento de datos en la plataforma ADA, procedentes de orígenes internos (Host, Teradata, sistemas legacy, logs, fuentes distribuidas,..) o externos, tanto en batch como en streaming:

Traducir requerimientos funcionales en técnicos, interaccionando con perfiles senior de las diferentes áreas de Engineering (Tech Leads, Arquitectura, Seguridad), negocio y áreas de eficiencia de CIB.
Gestionar y supervisar equipos de recursos internos y externos, supervisando los desarrollos e ingestas realizadas.
Asegurar y garantizar entregables en plazos y calidad, cumplimiento de los modelos de solución de arquitectura, los requerimientos de seguridad y maximizando la reutilización de componentes.
Interactuar con los distintos equipos que intervienen en el Data Hub y resto proyectos, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de desarrollo definidos en el marco de ONE.

Capacidades analíticas y habilidad para trabajar en equipo, orientación a resultados, iniciativa, autonomía e innovación.
Adaptación a objetivos y formas de trabajar cambiantes.
Nivel medio-alto de Inglés (B2 o superior).

Requisitos deseables:

Estudios universitarios de ingeniería informática, ingeniería (p.ej. telecomunicaciones), matemáticas o similar.
Experiencia entre 3 a 9 años en gestión de proyectos end-to-end con interacción frecuente con equipos de Arquitectura y Seguridad. Valorable experiencia en proyectos de ETL de Data, Business Intelligence o Reporting.
Recomendable experiencia previa en Datio y/o conocimientos funcionales y técnicos del área CIB.
Recomendable el conocimiento de desarrollos en tecnologías web.
Conocimiento de las metodologías Agile para la ejecución eficiente y sincronizada de proyectos.
Capacidades analíticas y habilidad para trabajar en equipo, orientación a resultados, iniciativa, autonomía e innovación.
Adaptación a objetivos y formas de trabajar cambiantes.
Nivel medio-alto de Inglés (B2 o superior).
