QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como Structured Finance Analyst/Associate, tu objetivo será apoyar miembros senior del equipo en el análisis y ejecución de oportunidades en los diferentes verticales (TMT, CRE & Fund Finance) durante todo el proceso desde la generación hasta la estructuración, negociación y cierre de nuevas oportunidades.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

  1. Gestión con Asesoría Jurídica de procesos de confidencialidad y documentación inicial de oportunidades
  2. Gestión directa en las tareas de modelización financiera, análisis de due diligences, preparación de materiales y apoyo en los procesos de aprobación internos
  3. Apoyo en las tareas de negociación de contratos y cierre financiero de las operaciones, incluyendo tareas internas
  4. Responsabilidad directa sobre procesos de gestión interna de información y pipeline, y coordinación con los equipos de relación
  5. Colaboración y asistencia en la preparación de materiales de marketing como soporte a las tareas de originación directamente con clientes

EXPERIENCIA

  1. 1-3 años en Financiación Estructurada, M&A, consultoría estratégica, Private Equity o departamentos de inversión.
  2. Se valora positivamente experiencia en revisión y gestión de documentación legal en procesos de financiación y/o adquisición

EDUCACIÓN

  1. Licenciado ADE, Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniero Técnico Superior o similar.
  2. Se valora positivamente un Máster Finanzas o similar

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

  1. Modelización financiera
  2. Idiomas: español (fluido, oral y escrito), inglés (fluido, oral y escrito), se valora positivamente un idioma adicional entre francés/ italiano / alemán
  3. Conocimiento avanzado de Paquete Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  4. Conocimiento de contabilidad financiera y marcos regulatorios
  5. Perfil analítico con capacidad de toma de decisiones

OTRA INFORMACIÓN

  1. Será parte del equipo CRE, TMT & Fund Finance de Project Finance para Europa Continental (incluyendo UK). El puesto está basado en la Cuidad Financiera Santander (Madrid - Boadilla del Monte).
