Hola ¿Cuentas con experiencia como Técnico de Soporte N1 ?, ¿has trabajado con Jira como sistema de ticketing?Sigue leyendo, esta es tu oportunidadEn TIBA TECH, equipo IT que acompaña en el proceso de transformación digital de TIBA, necesitamos ampliar nuestro equipo de Soporte y Atención al usuario interno .¿Cómo será tu día a día?En dependencia del Responsable del CAU, formarás parte del equipo técnico de soporte IT y prestarás asistencia técnica en incidencias relacionadas con las nuevas herramientas y soluciones digitales.Ofrecerás asistencia de primera línea al cliente (actuando como primer filtro) a través de un sistema de tickets interno ( JIRA ), proporcionando apoyo vía TEAMS, correo electrónico o teléfono para la gestión de tickets de diferentes países TIBA, realizando el registro, categorización, priorización y resolución de incidencias.¿Qué te hará triunfar en este nuevo reto?Al menos 2 años de experiencia previa en atención al cliente (servicios de soporte, call centers, etc.).Conocimientos en sistemas de ticketing como Jira o cualquier otro sistema de ticketing.Conocimiento de metodología ITIL, FitSM o metodología de gestión de servicios.Valorable nivel intermedio-alto de inglés (se dará soporte a usuarios a nivel internacional).Capacidad de orientación al cliente, trabajo en la resolución de incidencias.Ser una persona con capacidad resolutiva, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades comunicativas.Inquietud por nuevas tecnologías.Deseable:Experiencia en empresa del sector logístico y/o comercio internacional.Conocimiento del TMS Cargowise.Poseer formación técnica en IT (Grado Medio y/o Superior).En TIBA TECH:Encontrarás calidad humana y un buen ambiente laboral: donde lo más importante será la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo, remando todos juntos en la misma dirección.Crecimiento personal y profesional: podrás aportar tu visión y te sentirás escuchado/a.
