Service Delivery and Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing service delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding industry leader in Device as a Service for workplace IT hardware on a global scale.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, managing project-related issues and acting as the key point of contact.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics and customer feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement.
