The Product / Technology Manager will join our European services team in a transversal role.
Playing a crucial role in supporting our European teams, you will be developing product and technology-related projects across our service offerings by driving business growth and operational excellence.
On the commercial front, you will spearhead efforts to identify and capitalise on product and technology opportunities across current and new customers.
Simultaneously, you will oversee the operational aspects such as service delivery, invoicing amp; revenue follow upOur ideal candidate will bring the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace a dynamic work environment.
As we continue to grow and evolve, flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges will be crucial.
What are the day to day duties?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new product or technology opportunities, aligning us with customer needs and market trends.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to teams in selecting the right products or technologies for their projectsConnecting internal and external customers with relevant experts across our Products amp; Technology teamsDevelop and maintain efficient dashboards and reporting tools to track booking, revenue, and forecastsMonitor and analyse service performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimisationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experienceRepresent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs, ensuring customer insights drive product and technology decisionsProvide technical support and guidance to teams on quality, logistics, and other operational aspects related to product and technology implementationStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery and product management.
QualificationsWhat skills and background will you likely have?
Bachelor#39;s degree in Engineering, preferably in a water-related field, or equivalent experienceSolid experience in project management and team leadershipStrong understanding of service offerings, target markets, and customer needs within the European contextExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in project management, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
Strong customer empathy and the ability to gather and interpret customer feedbackAbility to write and speak in both English and FrenchWillingness and ability to travel frequently within Europe, with possibility of further afield on occasionsAdditional InformationPlease apply with a CV in ENGLISH for screening purposes.
