L'empresa, especialitzada en serveis ambientals, busca una persona per impulsar la implementació d'un nou ERP que millori els processos de treball.
Detalls de la posició i funcions del càrrec
Definir política i objectius de digitalització: Treballar conjuntament amb la direcció i assessors externs per establir una estratègia de digitalització adequada per a l'empresa.
Elaborar pressupost del Projecte de Digitalització: Establir un pressupost realista que contempli les necessitats de personal, recursos materials, programari, consultoria i comunicacions per al projecte.
Coordinar implantació de nous sistemes i processos: Col·laborar amb diferents àrees funcionals per recollir les seves necessitats específiques i avaluar les solucions més adequades per millorar els sistemes d'informació.
Assessorar prioritats en la implantació de millores: Proposar prioritats per a la implantació de noves tecnologies i verificar que es compleixin els terminis previstos pel projecte.
Experiència requerida: Mínim dos anys d'experiència en gestió de projectes d'implantació d'ERP en empreses similars.
Requisits: Expertesa en consultoria de software, departaments d'informàtica o titulació universitària en enginyeria industrial. Capacitat per coordinar equips, definir prioritats i excel·lents habilitats comunicatives, relacionals, organitzatives i de resolució de conflictes.
