**Project Manager Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our teams in delivering high-quality projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, mathematics).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or IT industry.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in a project management methodology (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and JIRA.
  • Fluency in English (minimum level B2).
