We want our teams and leaders to bring their best each dayReporting to the Service Delivery Director, the Team Coordinator will be a pivotal team player, providing comprehensive support across a variety of areas, including project management and customer assistance. This role is crucial in identifying potential issues and coaching junior team members to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate is adept at client interaction, enjoys team leadership, has a keen attention to detail, and is committed to continuous learning and exceeding expectations. This position offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, creative, and multicultural environment.Location : MadridWorking model : Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)• Independently lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translationsprojects for highly regulated industries from inception to completion.• Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectivesand operational needs.• Proactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and closeidentified gaps.• Actively participate in and support business development efforts and clientmeetings and other parts of the business.• Ownership and maintenance of corresponding production processes.• Billing forecasting and management.• Participate in mentoring or training of junior colleagues.• Support Team Lead in daily management of team.• University degree in relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalentexperience.• Fluent English and ideally one other language, both spoken and written, arepreferred for this position.• 4+ years of project management experience.• Experience with life sciences clients preferred.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and growing business.• Strong IT skills, advanced knowledge of CAT tools and understanding of MT.• Strong communication skills including presentation/meeting facilitation.• Ability to take initiative in resolving queries/issues.• Responsibility and accountability in client-facing situations.• Excellent time management and organizational skills.• Proactive and flexible team player.Toppan Digital Language is committed to equality in employment and is able to consider any necessary adjustments during the recruitment process.First name *Last name *Email *Phone number *What is your notice period?
