From the Lifesciences&Healthcare division of LHH Recruitment Solutions are searching a Sales Team Coordinator for a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Mission


The Sales Team Coordinator (STC) is a member of the Sales and Marketing leadership team and operational management and coordination of the Spain field sales team to effectively grow the business in line with the Company's objectives.

Provide guidance to the field sales team and strong second line management.


Deliver the call plan set for each period, ensure the proper segmentation and daily report on the CRM, establish and develop the relationship with the HCPs, set up new hospital accounts and accelerate the growth of the existing ones, are part of the goals of the position.


Drive operational excellence to ensure the Sales teams has a strong plan in the short and longer term to achieve the bold growth ambitions to grow the business in line with the Long term plan.

High ethical and compliance standards as this position becomes the lighthouse for the whole sales team. Embracing the company values and ensuring the right talent is on board play a substantial role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement strategy, call plan and reach the sales target for the entire team, delivering as per expectations
  • Weekly reporting of the sales team and sales tracking
  • Become an active member of the team, ensuring the right information is cascaded to the sales team
  • Promote branded products to specialist, key account management of hospital pharmacy. Deliver the targets set for all activities and reach the sales objectives.

Requisitos:

  • Fluent in English.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience coordinating sales team in the specialty field and hospital pharmacy.
  • Leadership skills and cascading messages to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Proven track record of CRM use: maximize output and act as an advanced user.
  • Provide and demonstrate leadership both internally and externally and become a key contributor to the company growth.
  • Work collaboratively with partners from other functions team including, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, HR and Demand planning.
  • Ensure sales team is effectively deployed and aligned to achieve Company goals.
  • Used work under pressure to deliver the results and positive attitude towards challenges
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing principles. A high energy and impactful individual who understands the need for urgency and continually demonstrates a desire to over exceed in their own and their team's performance.
  • Has a clear appreciation and commitment to the importance of process and procedures.
  • A strong team player with optimum time management and organisational ability.
  • Excellent ability to sell.
  • A strong work ethic, being motivated by challenging goals.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and to build rapport with customers at all Levels.
