Als Operations Manager draag jij de P&L-verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw klanten en transportoperaties. Je rentabiliseert je klanten door de strategische visie van de organisatie mee om te zetten in een plan van aanpak waarbij visie, commerciële binding, organisatorische efficiëntie en People management de leidraad zijn. Zo behaal jij een maximaal rendement.
Wat betekent dit concreet?
Je weet ons te overtuigen van een onberispelijke visie met betrekking tot een optimale organisatiestructuur met als doel de continuïteit van jouw operaties (Planning en Customer Care) te verzekeren.Als Operations Manager sta jij aan de basis van een optimale samenwerking met andere diensten (o.a. warehouse, resources, ..) zodat jouw team alle nodige input en resources krijgt voor een vlotte werking.Jouw scope is internationaal georiënteerd. Zo ben je operationeel verantwoordelijk voor de Liquid Bulk sites in Le Havre, Tarragona, Moerdijk, Oslo en Novara.Je staat borg voor een veilige, efficiënte en rendabele manier van werken door het opvolgen van de rendementen, KPI's en optimalisaties.Met het oog op continue groei, onderhoud je relaties met bestaande klanten én detecteer je opportuniteiten voor nieuwe business.Naast verantwoordelijk voor de organische groei ben jij ook onderdeel van het projectteam welk zich bezig houdt met M&A opportuniteiten gelinkt aan de Liquid Bulk activiteit.Als Operations Manager ben je een geboren People Manager en draag je rendabiliteit, efficiëntie en klantenbinding hoog in het vaandel.Een team motiveren, sturen en naar een hoger niveau tillen, zit je in de vingers. Jouw ervaring, kennis en inzichten binnen een gelijkaardige functie zijn de perfecte basis.Je kan als geen ander een vertrouwensrelatie opbouwen en dit niet enkel met interne stakeholders, maar ook met klanten van internationaal kaliber.Met jouw visie en out-of-the-box-oplossingen neem je iedereen mee in jouw verhaal en weet je makkelijk te overtuigen.Jouw aantrekkelijk salaris vullen we aan met maaltijd- & ecocheques, groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering, firmawagen, smartphone, onkostenvergoeding, bonussysteem en My Essers Benefits.
