Tu rol en Baxter: Tenemos una gran oportunidad para un Transport & Customs Administrator en nuestra oficina de Valencia. Serás responsable de la gestión administrativa de la documentación de exportaciones e importaciones. También apoyarás las funciones del Supervisor de Transporte y serás su respaldo operativo.

¿Cuáles son tus responsabilidades? Preparar la documentación de importación/exportación: creación de la documentación necesaria para el envío de mercancías fuera del territorio aduanero europeo (facturas de aduana, autorizaciones de farmacia…). Contacto con los agentes de aduanas y seguimiento de los archivos.Envíos internacionales: reservar envíos con transportistas "internacionales" (Essers, Penske, DSV, UPS...) y documentos aduaneros relacionados (mercancías peligrosas, IATA, etc.). Lo mismo se aplicará para envíos a Ceuta / Melilla / Andorra y Canarias. Seguimiento de entregas y PdD's.Preparar CMR y documentación de transporte (ADR, otros) para envíos regulares.Reclamaciones de producto: seguimiento y organización de envíos a recogida de muestras de reclamaciones de producto para su envío a plantas de fabricación.Registro y seguimiento de las facturas de transporte de los transportistas: comprobar que las facturas son correctas: tarifa correcta, servicios, etc.Facturar a los transportistas en caso de mercancías rotas.Reposición al almacén de Canarias: preparar documentación.
