About the rol: As a Business Analyst at Codere Online, you will play a critical role ensuring that business requirements provided by the business stakeholders are clearly translated and documented into high quality documents to facilitate the system build process.
The Business Analyst for a gaming website company plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
This individual is responsible for gathering requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the website's features and functionalities meet user expectations and align with the company's business goals always with the market regulation in mind.
Responsibilities include: By defining and detailing the overall requirements from the businessWorking closely with the Product management team to understand key requirement drivers and support elaboration of these into an agreed design approachOrganising and running the requirements and solution agreement processBreaking down requirements to deliverables that are easy to understand for developers: Delivering clear, concise and accurate user stories detailing customer or user interactions, data flow (and origin) and system interactions to support developmentDefining detailed requirements and deliverables (textually and with process flows)Reviewing requirements and deliverables with stakeholders and the development teamCommunicating requirements and deliverables to the team and clarify if necessary, during developmentSupporting the testing team by providing scenarios, data examples and clarifications as necessary Work with QA Test team members to guide and validate test cases and test results for the products' intended functionality and performance Your Qualifications: Proven working experience writing requirements and user stories for software developmentAbility to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detailAbility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and picturesStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsHigh level of written and spoken English is required as 90% of the meetings, emails and documents are in English.Strong working knowledge of Jira / DevOps or similar, Teams.Strong understanding of Gaming industry is preferred Your benefits: Competitive remunerationWork in an international environment in a US (Nasdaq) listedPossibility to partially work from homeFree fruit and coffee in the office
