Desde Auren , Consultoría de servicios profesionales, estamos en búsqueda de un Especialista en Marketing Estratégico , con 3-4 años de experiencia consolidada, para unirse a uno de nuestros principales clientes del sector Automoción , con oficinas centrales en Parets del Vallés. Esta posición requiere la combinación de habilidades comerciales y de marketing para desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas que impulsen el crecimiento y la presencia de la empresa en la zona del Vallés Oriental i Occidental. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing a largo plazo para el sector automotriz, incluyendo análisis de mercado, identificación de oportunidades y creación de planes de acción. Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para alinear estrategias de marketing con objetivos comerciales, identificar clientes potenciales y desarrollar propuestas comerciales efectivas. Realizar investigaciones de mercado para comprender las tendencias del sector, analizar la competencia e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento. Crear y ejecutar campañas de marketing integradas que incluyan publicidad, promociones, eventos y marketing digital para aumentar la visibilidad de la empresa en el sector automotriz. Analizar métricas de rendimiento y resultados de las estrategias de marketing, ajustando las acciones según sea necesario para optimizar el impacto y el retorno de la inversión. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en marketing, aplicando conocimientos innovadores a las estrategias de la empresa. ¿Qué necesitamos? Experiencia consolidada de entre 3-4 años en marketing estratégico. Especialista en acciones digitales : Webs, landings, SEO profesional, campañas SEM, campañas Ads en RRSS, emailings. CRM + BBDD. Habilidades demostradas en análisis de datos, planificación estratégica y ejecución de campañas de marketing. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación , capacidad para trabajar en equipo y orientación a resultados . Profesional con capacidad de trabajo de manera autónoma y proactiva . Titulación universitaria en Marketing, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado. Muy valorable experiencia previa en el sector automotriz. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Contrato indefinido. Jornada completa. Horario Flexible, partiendo de una jornada de 9 a 17h. Posibilidad de teletrabajar 1 día a la semana inicialmente. Vehículo de empresa.
