¿Tus principales objetivos como Técnico Customer Care? Serás responsable de implementar, formar, configurar y dar soporte técnico a clientes Corporate en los sectores de Hospitality y Retail, asegurando una experiencia fluida y eficiente en el uso de la solución Cegid Revo.
Como Técnico Customer Care deberás:
Implementar la solución Cegid Revo en clientes Corporate y supervisar el go-live.Formar a usuarios en front-office y back-office, tanto presencialmente como online.Configurar sistemas, incluyendo cuentas, productos y hardware (impresoras, iPads, etc.).Proveer soporte técnico telefónico y presencial, gestionando herramientas de ticketing.Colaborar con el equipo CX SMB en formaciones, QA y mantenimiento de la web de soporte.
