Desde Claire Joster Executive precisamos incorporar en uno de nuestros principales clientes, una agencia de marketing, publicidad y diseño web cuya finalidad es el crecimiento corporativo y la potenciación de marca, un PPC Manager para ser el responsable del equipo de social Ads de la agencia y liderar toda la estrategia de campañas de nuestros clientes.
Misión: Reportando al Director General de la agencia, serás la persona responsable de gestionar y optimizar las campañas publicitarias pagadas en plataformas online, como Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, o LinkedIn entre otras.
Su objetivo principal es maximizar el retorno de la inversión publicitaria a través de la gestión estratégica SEM de las campañas.
Funciones: Planificación, elaboración, seguimiento y optimización de campañas PPC.
Gestión y planificación del equipo de PPC.
Revisión y mejora de procesos de trabajo, rendimientos y performance.
Administrar el presupuesto de las campañas y ajustar las pujas para maximizar el rendimiento y mantener los costos bajo control.
Control de CPL y CPA.
Optimizaciones según criterio de rentabilidad.
Planificación, seguimiento y control de campañas en Google Ads.
Coordinación de las campañas con el cliente y optimización de las mismas.
Monitorear el rendimiento de las campañas a través de KPIs como CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.
y generar informes detallados que analicen los resultados y propongan ajustes basados en datos.
Configurar la segmentación de audiencia para mostrar anuncios a los usuarios más relevantes, utilizando datos demográficos, de comportamiento o remarketing.
Requisitos: Licenciados/as en Marketing, Publicidad o similar.
Más de 5 años de experiencia realizando tareas similares a las descritas.
Más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de equipos.
Experto en Social Ads y manejo de Google Ads.
Conocimiento y manejo de GA4.
Gestión de grandes presupuestos y de campañas nacionales e internacionales.
Perfil analítico capaz de extraer conclusiones a partir del estudio de datos.
Experiencia trabajando en consultorías o agencias especializadas será valorada muy positivamente.
Así como la gestión de campañas nacionales e internacionales.
Se valorará conocimiento en diversas herramientas como Semrush, Ahrefs, Seranking, Zapier, Active Campaign... Si tienes conocimientos en Spotify Ads, Programática, Bing, Amazon es un valor añadido.

Jornada intensiva los viernes y también durante el verano.
30 días naturales de vacaciones, además de 24 y 31 de diciembre, como vacaciones extras.
Día de cumpleaños libre.
Teletrabajo al 50%.
Salario fijo competitivo + comisiones, según ventas y bonus por objetivos.
