With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a full-time Visual Content Coordinator based in our Barcelona office.
How Do You Fit In?
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Content Coordinator to join our influencer team. The Visual Content Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the creation, organization, and management of visual content from our influencer marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Support Tasks for UGC Program:
Assist in updating and maintaining project-related documents, including outfit tracking and influencer records.
Track outfits sent to influencers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
Analyze influencer content on a monthly basis to assess quality and effectiveness.
Manage feedback logs and provide timely feedback to influencers.
Creative Assistance:
Collaborate in developing creative briefs for influencers.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help implement new ideas to enhance influencer content.
Metadata Tagging:
Implement a comprehensive metadata tagging system for all curated images.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date metadata to facilitate easy retrieval and tracking of images.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Art, Design, or a related field.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Proficiency in metadata tagging and organization.
Familiarity with digital asset management tools and platforms.
A positive, high-energy team player with excellent organization and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot in a fast-moving environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
