Digital Content Coordinator

Scopely is seeking a highly organized and process-oriented individual to assist in the release of our console and PC add-on content. As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and facilitating the review, upload, submission, and release of digital content on all console and PC platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and execute the upload, submission, and release of add-on content and its metadata.
- Review all received content for quality and optimization.
- Validate add-on content is released on schedule and appears in storefronts as expected.
- Support managing the content catalog and owning folder organization, maintenance, and archival of console digital content.
- Direct support to the LiveOps team.
- Assist in the coordination of timelines, scheduling, and asset requests.
- Highly organized and process-oriented individual.
- Exposure to project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communicator and collaborative in approach.
- Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with PC and Console 1st Party portals (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Epic Games Store).
