Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a passion for Beauty with a consistent approach to achieving monthly targets and delivering sales through excellent customer service.RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Beauty Advisor in Travel Retail, you are responsible for delivering sales targets.You will be making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence, and build retailer support across the entire Coty portfolio in specific stores.Your main focus includes:Ensuring up-to-date training on tools provided by the Company.Adhering to Company uniform and grooming guidelines.Finding and suggesting alternative and add-on sales.Delivering strong service levels with retailer, agency, and co-workers.Maintaining brand shelf layouts and executing promotional activities.Utilizing store influence and available Point of Sales tools for additional displays.Ensuring full availability of all lines and testers, and reporting stock issues.Maintaining housekeeping routines and visual display standards.Communicating effectively with the Coordinator and Retail Specialist.Developing relationships with store staff and management.Supporting temporary staff from the agency.Completing Company paperwork within guidelines and time limits.Submitting sales figures to retail specialist with trading comments on time.Ensuring the effective and efficient running of the store at all times.YOU ARE A COTY FITYou are passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards. As an experienced Beauty Advisor in Travel Retail, you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
