Our tech stack - Work with cutting-edge technologies We are using the latest technologies, ensuring our team works on innovative and challenging projects: JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript with NodeJS and Python, Django on the backend. Your mission: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps team. In this role, you will manage a team of highly skilled DevOps engineers across multiple locations and drive the strategy for automating and securing our cloud infrastructure at scale. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable services. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a geographically distributed team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Drive the development and automation of cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and highly available. Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the seamless integration of DevOps practices. Ensure the security and fault tolerance of systems by implementing best practices and monitoring compliance with industry standards. Oversee the use of infrastructure management and CI/CD tools ensuring efficient automation of provisioning and deployment processes. Collaborate with leadership to align DevOps strategies with overall business goals and technical roadmaps. Lead the incident response process, ensuring quick resolution of infrastructure issues and continuous improvement of processes
