In this role, you will manage a team of highly skilled DevOps engineers across multiple locations and drive the strategy for automating and securing our cloud infrastructure at scale. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable services.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a geographically distributed team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.Drive the development and automation of cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and highly available.Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the seamless integration of DevOps practices.Ensure the security and fault tolerance of systems by implementing best practices and monitoring compliance with industry standards.Oversee the use of infrastructure management and CI/CD tools ensuring efficient automation of provisioning and deployment processes.Collaborate with leadership to align DevOps strategies with overall business goals and technical roadmaps.Lead the incident response process, ensuring quick resolution of infrastructure issues and continuous improvement of processes.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.Experience leading geographically distributed teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across time zones.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience with infrastructure management tools such as Terraform.Experience in implementing and maintaining secure and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure.Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, driving performance and collaboration across departments.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between development and operations teams.Fluency in Russian is required for effective communication within the team and across the company.Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards.Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.Solid understanding of containerisation and orchestration technologies, such as Kubernetes.Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) for maintaining infrastructure health and performance.Experience operating services in colocation or on-premise data centres.It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:Finance experience or knowledge of Trading.Knowledge of TradingView.Additional informationThis is a Hybrid role based in either our Central London Office located in The Shard or from our Malaga office located in Muelle Uno port (center), offering you the opportunity to work in a vibrant culture and enjoy an excellent quality of life.Our flexible working hours allow for a great work-life balance, and we provide comprehensive relocation packages for you and your family to ensure a smooth transition and comfortable settling-in process.
