.At ING we are looking for a Site Reliability EngineerYour role and work environment :We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Team of SRE Expert Unit.The responsibility of this team is to ensure the reliability and scalability of the platform to provide the best customer experience to our clients and our way of working is to guide product teams on accomplishing their availability goals by developing SRE practices along with them.Your key responsibilities :Positively contribute to the development of SRE Practices:Detect & Repair: Observability, Incident Response & PostmortemsPrevention & Prioritization: Capacity Management, Reliability Testing & Error BudgetSharing the knowledge and providing awareness campaigns to SRE practicesIdentification areas for improvements and providing technical hands-on assistance for IT service owners in SRE PracticesDefining and reporting SRE metrics, ensuring if company's production systems are highly reliable, available, efficient, secure, and scalableFostering a culture of implementing optimal observability and monitoringStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in SRE and platform managementPartner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align SRE objectives with business goalsImprove service reliability through blameless post-incident reviews and using code to prevent or respond to problem reoccurrenceWhat are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you?
