We are now loooking for aConsumer Insights Specialistto join ourBusiness Unit Spainteam. The incumbent will be responsible for:
Contributing and supporting the Consumer Insights Manager for Spain on the development of the Marketing department vision and priorities
Being the responsible of the accuracy, consistency and on time delivery of continuous information according to the marketing department needs: Nielsen and Panel data
Coordinate and supervise the reports developed by the suppliers (Nielsen and Kantar), as well as the sharing to internal clients, to provide reliable information in a timely manner to the organization
Advising and filtering market information demands requested by internal clients in order to provide relevant information for the achievement of objectives
Ensuring Marketing team are fully exploiting the benefits of our continuous research (Nielsen, panel data,…) and providing meaningful insights that can support the categories success
Project and agency (continuous data) management, ensuring delivered on time to a consistently high quality standard
Becoming a key partner for the Marketing team, providing a deep and rich understanding of the Spanish market
Supporting, developing and integrating insights into the business that will drive marketplace success
Supporting the Consumer Insights Manager in specific ad-hoc projects implementation and follow up
Supporting the Global Consumer Insights team in their agenda, giving on time the different tracking data requests.
Leading "special studies" to ensure the application of the most efficient methodologies and resources

RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Fluent Spanish and English are required (level advance)
2 years of experience in consumer research, preferably in an FMCG company
It is crucial to have experience in continuous tracking: high dominance of Nielsen databases (Discover) and consumer panels
Strong skills working with Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint, Power BI) and any specific research systems (Nielsen, IRI..)
Strong analytical skills. Ability to connect multiple data points to generate insights or new ideas.
The individual must have presentation skills.
Individual should demonstrate a desire to work at leading edge, and a hunger for continuous improvement.
Team orientation, and collaborative working style.
Highly accountable to lead all tasks with excellence and on time.
Demonstrate potential to progress to a senior role in the future.
High level of consumer and marketing sensitiveness
Ability to dig below the surface when seeking out insights.
Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Pragmatism and business oriented state of mind.
A strong desire to work in Consumer Insights department.
