.Desde Claire Joster nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Finance Process Specialist para uno de nuestros clientes.Importante Grupo multinacional busca un Especialista en Procesos Financieros para su sede central ubicada en Barcelona. La persona seleccionada buscará agilizar los procesos financieros, optimizar los sistemas financieros y crear una organización de Finanzas que proporcione un soporte de valor añadido a la empresa y a su estrategia global. El profesional revisará los procesos existentes y propondrá mejoras en los mismos. Mejorará la eficiencia y la productividad de la organización de Finanzas.Resumen posiciónEste puesto es clave para el éxito de la definición y estandarización de los procesos financieros y reportará directamente al Director de Procesos Financieros en dependencia del Director Financiero Global. Sus responsabilidades abarcan la creación y actualización de procedimientos, la supervisión del grado de aplicación de los mismos y el impulso de la mejora continua.Además, el puesto implica colaborar en la estrategia global de la empresa en consonancia con el Modelo Operativo Financiero Global, respetando los procesos establecidos, las Políticas y Procedimientos de la empresa y el cumplimiento del Control Interno.Además, esta función es responsable de asesorar si alguna nueva función o actualización puede afectar a los procesos aprobados.ResponsabilidadesPoseer un conocimiento exhaustivo de todos los procesos llevados a cabo por el equipo de Finanzas, reunirse con los Directores de Negocio para saber ofrecer el apoyo adecuado según las necesidades del negocio.Facilitar sesiones de formación estructuradas para los nuevos procesos y herramientas introducidos en la función financiera a fin de garantizar una aplicación y comprensión eficaces entre los miembros del equipo.Seguir participando activamente y desempeñar un papel fundamental en todas las futuras implantaciones, garantizando el perfecto despliegue de los procesos de prestación de servicios que tanto el departamento financiero como el departamento de operaciones comprenden y alinean.Preparar y mantener las políticas de procedimiento aplicables a todas las organizaciones del grupo, garantizando una cobertura exhaustiva de los temas clave planteados.Ayudar a garantizar el cumplimiento del modelo operativo de objetivos financieros en todas las funciones, apoyando los esfuerzos de gestión para una aplicación y un cumplimiento coherentes.Supervisar de forma proactiva la eficiencia de los procesos de negocio existentes, identificando rápidamente cualquier problema y garantizando la escalada adecuada dentro del negocio para abordar el bajo rendimiento o resaltar los requisitos de mejora.Asistir a sesiones durante la implantación de nuevos procedimientos o sistemas para facilitar una transición satisfactoria al escenario previsto y realizar revisiones una vez que la migración se haya estabilizado
