Through diversity, we harness the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.Our PeopleAt IE we are:People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.ResponsibilitiesYour role as Associate Director, Asset Management & Planning will involve:Coordinate the course calendar and structure with Program Management.Develop and implement program guidelines.Support the professor assignment process in collaboration with the Area Directors.Gather professors' preferences and indications.Plan and schedule the IE business programs.Analyze activities and implement solutions for process optimization.Monitor day-to-day scheduling changes.Oversee the correct performance of courses.Inform students about agenda adjustments.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have:University DegreeMaster's DegreeEnglish: advanced3 years of experience in process/operations-related positions.Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.Strong organizational skills.Ability to manage resources effectively and establish priorities.Excellent communication skills.Team player.Hands-on approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.It's time to bring your best and make your mark.
