Through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.Our PeopleAt IE we are:People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.ResponsibilitiesYour role as Associate Director, Asset Management & Planning will involve:Coordinate the course calendar and structure with the Programme Management.Development and implementation of programme guidelines.Support professors' assignation process together with the Area Directors.Gather professors' preferences and indications.Plan and schedule the IE business programmes.Activities' analysis and solutions implementation for process optimization.Monitoring day-to-day scheduling changes.Oversee the correct course performance.Inform students about agendas' adjustments.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have:University DegreeMaster's DegreeEnglish: advanced3 years' experience in process/operations related positions.Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.Strong organization skills.Ability to manage resources effectively and establish priorities.Excellent communication skills.Team playerHands-on approachProficiency in Microsoft Office.It's time to bring your best and make your mark.
