As an experienced Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, you keep a high focus and attention to detail and ensure brand equity.
You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 4 years field experience as a facialist, cosmetologist, skincare beauty consultant in a demanding luxury environment.Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus.Experience in sales with targets and control of sales indicators.Friendly, dynamic, enthusiastic, talkative person.Verbal communication, organizational strong listening skills.Healthy competitive spirit.High level of English (another language is a plus).OUR CONDITIONS and BENEFITSAs our Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, some of the benefits you will receive are:Permanent contractWorking time: 36 hours per week, from Monday to SaturdayWorking in shifts with fixed schedule: 10:00 to 16:00, 16:00 to 22:00Fixed salary plus sales incentivesYou will participate in our social benefits plan (Exclusive for you for being part of our team)RECRUITMENT PROCESSA telephone meeting with the recruitersA demo video to be requested for the next stepsA first online/in-person interviewA second interviewYou will receive a proposal with the terms of employment.ABOUT COTYCoty is one of the world's largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.
