Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing general student, programmatic, and logistical support to the arrival of these new students.Employment Dates: August 20 - August 31 2024 (Orientation week starts on Sunday August 25, 2024 and finishes on Friday August 30, 2024).Type of Position: Full time temporary.Eligibility Requirements:Berklee Valencia alumni, including recent graduates from July 2024Must be able to work in SpainMust speak EnglishMust be in Valencia, able to work in person. Responsible for own housingMust be available for entire Orientation week + one week priorOutgoing, dynamic and overall willingness to connect and interact with participantsPreferred Qualifications:Musical background and performance experienceExperience working with college studentsSpanish speakingExperience working with production, lights and sound equipmentJob Responsibilities:Assist with Orientation preparation one week prior to program start/arrival dateResponsible for 1-2 cohort of students at both the graduate and undergraduate level (approximately 30-40 in each group) for campus tours, icebreakers, etc.Serve as first point of contact for students for questions regarding day-to-day logistics and getting around the cityPlan and lead extracurricular activities during Orientation (as assigned) to help students bond with each other and help them to engage with the Valencia and Berklee community.
