EMEA Customer Marketing Trainee duties: Support the localization of any promotional material required in the region: Agencies: request quotes for translations, upload open files in English to be translated, request changes/modifications Affiliates: check needs and inform about new materials available GRP: create placeholders, upload materials, follow-up of the review process, compile changes and upload new versions after the changes implemented by the agency, resubmissions/withdrawal according to the expiry date Promotional Material Teams: DS/BTS/Service MKT Update with available approved localized materials.
Look for and upload High resolution files for printing options for the affiliates.
Control of expiry dates Preparation of new Sharefolder Grifols Experience Days Participate in coordinating the event with the country/corporate/ Help in Logisitic details.
Definition of the process in the system.
Launches and Congresses: Participate in the localization and approval of the approved global versions.
Invoice management through SAP system.
Support in Compliance requests.
Others: support in the development of Customer testimonials, training decks, presentations, ... Third Party Agency and Recruiter Notice: Agencies that present a candidate to Grifols must have an active, nonexpired, Grifols Agency Master Services Agreement with the Grifols Talent Acquisition Department.
Additionally, agencies may only submit candidates to positions that they have been engaged to work on by a Grifols Recruiter.
All resumes must be sent to a Grifols Recruiter under these terms or they will be considered a Grifols candidate.
