At Green Power Technologies, we are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager based in Madrid. Who are we? Committed to the energy transition, our mission is to accelerate the distribution and adoption of innovative, secure, and sustainable energy and mobility solutions through a range of products and services with high added value for businesses and individuals. In very strong growth, Green Power Technologies is developing local partnerships with more than 500 customers for a capacity of more than 6.5GW deployed across its markets: developers, EPCs, design offices, distributors, and installers. The strength of Green Power Technologies is its unique expertise, recognized in the field of energy, our close relationship with our customers and partners, the power and agility of our logistics as well as our experience in the development of new markets. We are hiring a Regional Marketing Manager to join its marketing team and strengthen its leadership in the Iberian market (Spain and Portugal). Among your duties are: In collaboration with the sales team, Huawei, and our regional partners, define and implement the marketing plan for the Iberia region with support from the marketing department (marketing director and digital marketing). Promote solutions, products, and services tailored to the Iberian market. Select and organize regional events (exhibitions, roadshows, customer workshops, webinars, seminars, etc.). Create content: social media posts, emails, blog articles, sales presentations, case studies, customer communications, etc. Understand and formalize market and distribution needs (trend analysis, competitive monitoring, benchmarking, etc.). Increase the visibility of Green Power Technology in Spain and Portugal and support our commercial growth. Quantify and manage a large annual budget. Manage a marketing assistant. Regular travel within Spain and Portugal, with occasional international trips. Essential requirements for this position: With a higher education background in B2B commerce or marketing, you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an international and multicultural environment, promoting complex solutions with high added value. You possess both tactical and operational approaches to marketing. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), coordination, creativity, and customer focus are your strengths to succeed in this role. Independent, agile, organized, and engaged, highly adaptable, you are fluent in Spanish and English.
