We are looking for a NPPE Retail Digital Media Lead for our Purina Europe team Position Snapshot Location: BarcelonaType of Contract: Full time, permanent.Nestle Purina PetCare EuropeType of work: HybridWork Language: Fluent Business EnglishWhat you'll do The NPPE Retail Digital Media Lead role is part of the Purina Z-EUR Category Media Team and key enabler and accelerator of M3.0 vision by integrating RDM strategies into Category (above-market) media strategies. Retail digital media plays a vital role in unlocking full omni-channel growth objectives. Winning in this environment requires expertise in media, understanding of omni-channel commerce, consumer marketing, technology, and analytics. This role will lead the market governance, RDM strategy and integration with full funnel media strategy, campaign guidance, KPI setting, and apply media best practices across all Purina brands and campaigns, across key regional customers such as Amazon, ZooPlus and some strategic local market customers (eRetailers).
The role will include: Increasing Purina Europe sales, ROAS, and marketing KPIs via eRetailers by improving the way we operationalize Retail Digital Media as part of brand media and commercial planning processesPartnering with Purina's marketing & brand teams to connect RDM strategies with business context, business targets and brand building priorities in an integrated wayPartnering with Purina's eCommerce & MDO teams to connect RDM strategies with business context, business targets and eRetailer agreementsImproving the performance of all Purina brands and their products within key eRetailer environments (central and markets), and track performance in associated KPIsEvolving our data maturity and partnerships with key eRetailers by testing & learning, evolving current WoWs, and assessing business use casesDevelop a comprehensive RDM strategy that integrates with the brand planning process and shopper activations, while partnering with marketing teams, eCommerce team, Customer (retailer) activation teams, media agency and markets.Ensuring effective cascading of the RDM strategy to market execution, overseeing implementation and delivery of key metricsManaging the relationship with the RDM specialist team in the above-market media agency, fostering strong partnerships and cultivating the necessary expertise for Purina EuropeLeading above-market projects related to RDM data integration and to evolve data maturity via key eRetailersCollaborating with the above-market Purina holistic content & Search team to deliver top-notch communication materials and guidance to brands and marketWorking closely with the central marketing insights and data team to integrate RDM into holistic ROI measurement such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)Building Retail digital media capability across Purina Europe, ensuring connected experiences through upper and lower funnel through RDM, accelerate best practice sharing and collaboration across marketsServing as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Purina RDM within the Nestle Z-EUR and Global teams, ensuring alignment and connectivity between initiativesWe offer you Great benefits including competitive salary and a comprehensive social benefits package.
