.MISSION: Lead all topics & scopes related to Concrete-hybrid tower manufacturing, HSE, Quality, projects & Supply Chain.TASKS:* Leadership of all central functions related to:* CT Projects* CT Manufacturing.
* CT HSE.
* CT Quality.
* CT Supply Chain.
* Proactively lead and manage the team, providing excellent communication, supporting career development, ensuring staff retention, knowledge sharing and team working* Budgeting, planning & coordination of all CHT Operations area.
* Coordinate the teams to ensure the concrete tower manufacturing, project, supply plans are executed in compliance with the safety, budget, schedule and quality standards.
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for delivering factories construction projects successfully.
* Coordinate, plan and execute means and tooling strategy ensuring the supply chain, installation and maintenance during manufacturing stage.
* Coordinate all projects industrialization to ensure the engineering releases and updates are implemented.
* Develop and implement a relevant set of KPIs.
* Support Tender and Sourcing departments during Project commercial stages.
* Ensuring technical excellence of the team, including high quality delivery of projects and innovative solutions.YOUR PROFILE:* University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or comparable education.
* Considerable experience in leading a global team.
* 6+ years of work experience in the field of Logistics or Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar.
* Experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.
* Proactive profile.
* Good communication skills and teamwork.
* Flexibility and good change adaptability.
* Autonomous and challenge motivated.
* Used to work in international environments.
* Resolution of possible technical issues.
* Ability to drive projects autonomously, keeping tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Agility to move between strategic and tactical operational issues.
* High English is compulsory.
