Do you have a proven track record in launching crop protection products and building strong networks in the agri-sector?Are you fluent in Spanish or Italian and eager to bring innovative solutions to market?At Globachem, we're looking for a Business Developer Innovations with deep roots in the crop protection industry to help us grow our footprint in Southern Europe.A challenging job content * You are responsible for the development and the commercialization of Globachem's own innovative crop protection products in the different South-European countries.You provide market insights, map competition and competing products.Together with the responsible sales manager, you select the distribution partners and set pricing.You lead pre-launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.You build and maintain a solid network of distributors, CRO's, advisors and industry influencers.You coordinate annual trial plans to meet regulatory, crop safety, compatibility and sales requirements.You represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.You work closely with your colleagues from Salesamp; Marketing, and also across other departments such as Ramp; D, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain.You are part of the Sales amp; Marketing department and report to the Project Accelerator Innovations at our Headquarters in Belgium.Key skills and qualifications * You have a degree in Agronomy, Bio-engineering or any related field.You have at least 7 years of experience in a technical-commercial role in crop protection and you have experience in the launching of new products.You have good knowledge of the perennial crops (fruit, citrus, olives).You are fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English.Other languages are a plus.You are based in the South of Europe (Spain, Italy, ...) and are flexible to travel frequently to other South European countries or to the headquarters in Belgium.You are a strong communicator and have excellent negotiation skills.You apply a strategic and commercial approach in managing your projects.You are a teamplayer with a growth mindset.You can connect with our FRAMILY-values: Fun, Respect, Ambition, teaMwork, Innovation, flexibiLity, familY.You can count on * You will be part of an innovative family business with international reach.You will have the opportunity to grow with our organisation and expand your expertise.You can shape your own career within our company.You will receive support, coaching and various training opportunities to allow your talent to flourish.You will be part of an enthusiastic and ambitious team.You can count on an attractive remuneration package including bonus scheme.About Globachem The growth story of Globachem started in 2000 in Sint-Truiden as a dynamic family business.Our focus?Innovation and internationalization, continuous improvement and sustainability.We have been focusing on this for more than 20 years.With success, because we can call ourselves an important European player with a turnover of close to € 300 million.Globachem helps farmers and horticulturists protect their crops through an extensive range of out-of-patent and internally developed plant protection products.This way we contribute to safe food production for the growing world population with the lowest possible carbon footprint.We therefore have an excellent reputation with both our customers and our employees.To further support our growth, we are now looking for a Business Developer Innovations for South-Europe.How to apply?Send your CV and motivation letter to ******.Is this position not quite what you are looking for but have we convinced you of our great place to work?Send your CV to the above e-mail address and we will contact you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
