Nuestro cliente es una importante multinacional y un referente en el sector retail.
Es una gran empresa, solida y en crecimiento, dinámica, en la que se potencia el talento y el bienestar de los/las empleados/as.
Actualmente buscamos para su centro en Marbella una posición de management con un  equipo personas y negocio de gran volumen.
  ¿Qué ofrecemos?

Beneficio pago anual.
Jornada de 5 días laborales a la semana, de lunes a viernes (más dos sábados al mes teniendo un día festivo entre semana).
Horario aprox: 9 a 19 flexible, algún día intensivo mañana o tarde Realizará las siguientes funciones: Seguimiento y liderazgo del equipo de venta (+ de 6 personas) Control de varias secciones en cuanto a analítica de venta, control de stock y seguimiento de indicadores.
Formará parte de la toma de decisiones estratégicas del centro comercial de sus áreas de responsabilidad.
Realizar planes de acción para potenciar las ventas y conseguir objetivos.
Analisis y control de costes, propuestas de promociones, etc.
  Requisitos : Deberá aportar una experiencia mínima de 3 años de cargos relacionados gestión de equipos y valorable en punto de venta desde una orientación estratégica.  Liderazgo innovador y de retos.
