Assistant Store Manager
An excellent opportunity has arisen for Assistant Store Manager for Tom Ford’s new opening in Puerto Banus
The person that we are looking for has at experience in Managerial role in the Luxury Retail and has important experience in high fashion boutique.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the Tom Ford Boutique in Puerto Banus
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Store Manager in the store’s daily operations including sales, customer service and training
- Support the Store Manager in budgeting and reporting
- Monitoring store performance to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
- Create a personalized shopping experience for customer
- Follow the Company operational guidelines and polices
Key Requirement:
- Previous experience in a similar role in Luxury Retail
- Knowledge of fashion trends
- Passione and knowledge of selling ceremony
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Clientelling activities and CRM
- Target focused
