Specific experience in implementing change in highly regulated environments is a distinct advantage.High capacity on managing big amount of data, organize it and creating complex data models in a structured way that can be consumed by full organization.Be able to design, develop, and deploy business analytics dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies such as SQL, Power BI, etc.Proven track record and technical skillsOwn a master or bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years of experience.Programme management skills:Strong program management and problem-solving skills.An ability to work under pressure.A persistent, open and convincing way of communicating.Results oriented with an ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting program challenges.Strategical mindset:Be able to think in strategic terms, linking current events, business strategy and a long-term vision
