Job Summary Nebulon Dynamics Limited, a leader in civil engineering and technological innovation, is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled System Analyst to join our remote-first team.

The System Analyst will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust information systems that meet the operational and strategic needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities System Analysis and Design - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze system requirements.

- Evaluate existing systems to identify areas for improvement, ensuring they align with business goals.

- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to assess proposed solutions' viability and efficiency.

Development and Implementation - Develop and implement software applications tailored to organizational needs.

- Work closely with developers, engineers, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of system solutions.

- Create detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user guides.

Testing and Maintenance - Conduct rigorous system testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and scalability.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.

- Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements as necessary.

Collaboration and Training - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure the system meets organizational requirements.

- Provide training sessions and technical support to end-users, empowering them to maximize system benefits.

Innovation and Continuous Learning - Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in system analysis and design.

- Propose and implement innovative solutions that improve processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications Educational Background - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience - A minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis, design, and development.

- Proven expertise in implementing and managing enterprise-grade information systems.

Technical Skills - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++.

- Strong understanding of database design and development, including SQL and No SQL databases.

- Familiarity with system integration, API design, and data migration processes.

- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
