Estamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como **Business Analyst **para unirse a nuestro **equipo de expansión **. Esta posición reportará al Responsable de Expansión y será responsable de analizar la entrada en nuevos mercados para proporcionar una visión completa que guíe la estrategia y operativa de la empresa.

Somos Sesame HR, **la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos **, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**

A nível técnico es indispensable que tengas:

- Experiência laboral habiendo trabajado en el campo de la consultoría.
- Experiência previa en análisis de mercado, estrategia empresarial o desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en el sector de tecnología o software.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos complejos y extraer conclusiones significativas.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo en un entorno dinámico y orientado a objetivos.

Y además brillarás ?si:

- Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de presentar información de manera clara y persuasiva.

**¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?**
- Realizar análisis exhaustivos de los mercados objetivo, incluyendo el tamaño del mercado, tendencias de la industria, competencia, regulaciones y barreras de entrada.
- Identificar oportunidades y riesgos en los nuevos mercados, evaluando factores económicos, políticos y culturales que puedan afectar la expansión de Sesame HR.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos, como ventas, marketing y desarrollo de productos, para desarrollar estrategias de entrada al mercado y planes de acción.
- Recopilar y analizar datos de clientes potenciales, socios y otras fuentes para informar las decisiones estratégicas de expansión.
- Preparar informes y presentaciones detallados que resuman los hallazgos del análisis de mercado y recomienden cursos de acción para la expansión.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias del mercado y las mejores prácticas en expansión empresarial para impulsar la innovación y el crecimiento continuo de Sesame HR.
