If you're looking for an exciting challenge and the chance to grow your career, we want to hear from you Your main responsibilities will be: Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Drive and manage cross-functional project teams to efficiently execute critical enterprise-level projects, focusing on high-impact results. Collaborate with Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business requirements and project deliverables, driving clear communication and prioritization. Bridge IT and Business Units: Serve as the key liaison between IT and internationally located business stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication. Conduct Business and Technology Analysis: Analyze business processes and technology landscapes to recommend practical, high-value solutions that support both business objectives and IT capabilities. Support Development and Solve Issues: Assist developers throughout the project lifecycle, addressing and resolving their questions and challenges to ensure smooth progress and drive for results. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management are preferred. Language Skills: Fluency in English (at least B2) is essential. Proficiency in German is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in the banking sector is beneficial. Strong Team Player: Demonstrates the ability to excel in collaborative environments, effectively working with geographically distributed teams. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possesses solid analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and deliver high-impact solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in agile environments. Experience in the banking sector, particularly with asset management systems, is a plus. API and Data Analysis: Proficient in understanding APIs and data integration, with the ability to analyze and leverage data effectively to inform business decisions and solutions. Business Process Analysis: Skilled in analyzing and visually displaying business processes, breaking down complex requirements into actionable features, and collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure effective solution delivery
