The Group also leads in Italy in Securities Services and banking payment services. for our Spanish branch we're looking for a Junior lawyer Key responsibilities: Supporting all phases and degrees of legal actions - including litigations before high courts and enforcement procedures - before competent courts (civil and administrative). Supporting in Negotiating with the counterparts. Draft contracts as settlement agreements and payment plans. Legal analysis, opinions, and memorandums on a wide range of topics. Technical requirements Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation and qualified to practice before Spanish courts (necessary). legal technical abilities Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with informative systems. Native Spanish and fluent English nice to have (written and spoken). Skills ·Ability to work proactively ·Flexibility and excellent organizational skills are required.
