About the Location:
A historic landmark with modern energy, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is in the heart of the capital, within walking distance of key attractions. It features rooftop dining by Spanish celebrity chef Dani García, Asian-Mediterranean cuisine at our award-winning bar and restaurant Isa, and a four-level Wellness Centre.
The Role of Lobby Ambassador:
We currently have a Lobby Ambassador opportunity to join the team. The Lobby Ambassador creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests in the lobby area. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, and working closely with the Concierge, Guest Experience, Guest Services and Front Office teams, our Lobby Ambassador will ensure a memorable first and last impression of the Hotel.
Essential Functions:
Greets guests upon arrival and assists them with their needs.
Directs hotel guests to the Front Desk for check-in and introduces the front desk agent.
Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city.
Assists customers with inquiries related to hotel services and events.
Directs guests to the Concierge for inquiries and introduces the concierge agent.
Knows the VIPs in-house and oversees transfer arrivals and departures.
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
Keeps the main entrance and driveway neat.
Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Our Ideal Lobby Ambassador Candidate Will Have:
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are required. The ideal candidate will have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude, and knowledge about the local area. All applicants must possess the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
