Desde STAFFING by RAS, expertos/as en selección directa, buscamos un/a PRODUCT MANAGER para unirse a una empresa innovadora en el sector tecnológico situada en MATARÓ. ¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES? Formarás parte de un equipo multidisciplinario, liderando el equipo de producción para garantizar la calidad y productividad del proceso reportando directamente al Director de Operaciones.
Organizar el flujo de trabajo y asignar recursos en cada línea de producción. Optimizar los procesos productivos y evaluar el desempeño del personal. Aprobar trabajos de mantenimiento y colaboración en compras de maquinaria. Estimar costes de producción y cumplir con las normas de calidad y seguridad. Cumplir con las normas de seguridad y salud laboral. Otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo. ¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI? Acreditar formación universitaria o similar. Disponer de inglés nivel alto, C1 o similar. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puesto similar al ofertado en empresa del sector alimentario. Conocimientos en ofimática de SAP y paquete Office. Disponer de vehículo propio. Cumples con el perfil si eres una persona creativa, orientada a resultados y con habilidades analíticas sólidas.
¿QUÉ TE OFRECEMOS? Se ofrece contrato indefinido. Flexibilidad horaria de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 o de 9:00 a 18:00. Retribución: En función de la experiencia del candidato. La empresa pone a disposición seguro médico. Modalidad presencial de trabajo.
