You will have the possibility to influence the way we operate around commercial contracting, build agreement templates and playbooks, manage policies, and improve our contract management processes, tools and systems. You will be at the front line negotiating key commercial contracts.We are currently in an inspiring transformational phase – as we deliver on our ambition to become the leading dermatology company in the world. You will be joining an ambitious and skilled international team of lawyers and compliance personnel and have the ability to make a positive contribution early on.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport business and procurement operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts; for example, services and master services agreements, IT and systems agreements, SaaS, data processing agreements, marketing, advertising and media.Manage the contract templates globally, develop and/or enrich templates; work with colleagues within the L&C department to improve and streamline our contracts templates.Manage and investigate contract-related matters and issues in cooperation with business stakeholders and other corporate counsels.
