Location: San Fernando, Philippines

We are seeking an HR Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the administration of workers' compensation claims and programs within the organization. The role will involve ensuring compliance with Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) regulations, facilitating the claims process, and providing support to employees who have been injured on the job. The candidate will serve as a liaison between employees, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely and effective resolution of workers' compensation matters.

Position Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage compensation and benefits programs.
Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages.
Generate HR related reports.
Assist with event planning and logistics.
Support procurement tasks and other HR related duties as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred.
At least 1 year proven experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Knowledge of Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) regulations, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Conditions of Employment
All MCI Locations: Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
