Cooperación con el servicio de asistencia en el diagnóstico telefónico.
Entrada de datos de informe de actividad propio en SAP.

Key Responsibilities Diagnóstico, reparación y verificación de reparaciones (RF, Criotecnología, Presoterapia, Láser)Informe de actividad propia en SAP (productividad e información técnica).Cooperar con RD con prototipos de preproducción.Escalamiento adecuado al Jefe de Taller de incidencias con reparaciones en curso.Verificación de los equipos de Producción antes de la entrega al cliente (On Demand).Colaboración en pruebas de calidad y apoyo a la homologación de investigación y desarrollo (el propietario de la homologación es RD)Aportar ideas e iniciativas para la mejora continua.Propuesta proactiva de mejoras de Calidad.Soporte para el servicio de asistencia en el diagnóstico y reparación telefónica.
