WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION : Be part of a real global and multinational team with ERP analysts located in North America, Europe, Russia, India, and China.
Be part of the M3 ERP team where all the activities are done internally.
Support international implementation projects.
Ensure a stable and functional production environment.
Ensure stable connectivity between the M3 ERP system and connected systems (FTK, SWB, GRC, etc.).
Troubleshoot systems problems.
Provision and monitor user access.
Prepare and maintain system documentation.
Analyze and secure data to maintain system integrity.
YOU HAVE : Academic background: Bachelor's degree in technology.
Previous experience: Minimum of 4 years relevant professional experience administering cloud-based SaaS business systems.
Skills: Specific experience with or knowledge of the Infor M3 environment, including: Infor M3 Business Engine (aka MVXSECOFR) administration.
Infor Federation Service (IFS) administration and security.
ION Desk administration.
IDM (Infor Document Management) administration.
Infor Ming.le administration.
