We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

Your role as an IT Analyst ERP will involve:

  • Functional analysis of incidents and projects.
  • Understanding the needs of Business areas in order to identify and specify functional solutions to support them.
  • Functional understanding capabilities with the business areas of IT projects.
  • Management of providers of development and maintenance of the systems that support the areas under his/her responsibility.
  • Direct report to the ERP IT Project Manager.
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering or IT.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience working in consulting companies, or IT departments.
  • 1-2 years working with Microsoft 365 F&O.
  • Experience in functional project management related to software development in Technology or IT solutions implementation, both in consulting companies, or IT departments.
  • Creation and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Experience with agile methodologies. Certifications will be a strong plus (PMP, Scrum master…)
  • The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills since he/she will be working with other IT functional responsible (Business Partners), Users Areas, vendors, and outsource IT support.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
