Sigue leyendo Sobre el puesto Buscamos a un/a Sales Executive cuya misión será captar nuevos anfitriones (propietarios de piscinas y otros espacios privados), colaborando activamente con el equipo de Ventas y Operaciones de la startup.
Tus responsabilidades: Contactar a propietarios interesados en Cocopool, explicándoles cómo pueden generar ingresos alquilando su espacio.
Cualificar los leads analizando su interés y potencial de conversión, asegurando que cumplen los requisitos para publicar su anuncio.
Utilizar distintos canales para la captación de anfitriones: teléfono, WhatsApp, email y redes sociales.
Explicar el modelo de negocio y resolver dudas sobre la gestión de reservas.
Crear anuncios atractivos, ayudando a los anfitriones a optimizar imágenes, descripciones y precios para maximizar la conversión.
Hacer seguimiento y cerrar registros en la plataforma, persuadiendo a los decision-makers para completar su publicación.
Realizar un seguimiento estructurado de todos los leads interesados a través de nuestro CRM, asegurando una gestión eficiente y efectiva de las oportunidades comerciales.
Colaborar con los equipos de Operaciones, Ventas y Marketing para mejorar las estrategias de captación y expansión geográfica.
Conocimientos requeridos: Experiencia previa en Sales Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión, con la capacidad de generar confianza en los anfitriones potenciales.
No te asusta tener conversaciones telefónicas con potenciales clientes o leads.
Sabes que el contacto directo es clave para cerrar oportunidades.
Tenacidad y perseverancia, no te rindes fácilmente y sabes que cada "no" está más cerca de un "sí".
Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender rápido, crecer como profesional y contribuir al éxito del equipo.
Capacidad de gestionar eficazmente un CRM y hacer seguimiento detallado de cada lead.
