Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Campaign Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companiesYou will manage the tracking and measurement of automated omni-channel marketing campaigns built by the Centre Campaign management team.This tracking and measurement will enable the impact analysis of campaigns to derive broader insights and ultimately, to optimize ongoing and future OPU's campaigns.You will work closely with the Centre Lead, Campaign managers and Platform Managers to ensure all reporting and measurement goals are achieved.Your work will require understanding OPUs high-level brand goals and low-level campaign KPIs to properly set up and maintain intuitive dashboards - these dashboards should enable post-campaign analytics, both at aggregate and customer level.You will also make sure that the digital content provided by markets is properly tagged so that content level analysis is possible.He/she will: Ensure that campaigns are measured based on global standards.Build and maintain intuitive campaign dashboards via Tableau that serve business needs as defined by the markets in the Campaign Playbook and with the input of the Campaign Management team.Implement and validate tagging and ETL processes accurately to ensure data quality necessary for subsequent measurement.Partner with global Analytics team to align and ensure data consistency on channels KPIs.Requirements Bachelor's degree or Master degree in business administration and strong affinity with tech or Bachelor in technical studies combined with a strong business mindset.2+ years experience with digital analytics and reporting/dashboard tools (Adobe Analytics preferred and/or Google Analytics) and other BIG Data environments and/or databases, plus querying languages (i.e.SQL) Knowledge of Tableau is a big plusProgramming language experience, such as R and Python.Experience in conducting E-commerce, Web, or Campaign analysis.Business acumen and knowledge, including omni-channel digital campaigns and marketing automation - email Marketing knowledge (including deliverability and design best practices) is a plus.Knowledge of marketing automation with experience in Adobe Campaign or any other marketing automation tool is preferred.The global nature of this job requires being fluent in EnglishExperience working in an international and intercultural environment.Communicate effectively, collaboration skills, problem solving, self-motivation and excellent analytical thinking, open mindset, thinking out-of-the-box with innovative ideas.WHAT DO WE OFFERPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.We make it easy.Balance your professional and personal life.Trainings & Certifications.Improve your skills and get the official certificate from our main partners.Home Office.Flexible retribution (public transport ticket, Ticket restaurant, …).Health insurance.OMEGA in action.Our commitment to a better society is not just an intention.About us We are a digital global company whose mission is to accelerate the business experience (BX) of its customers.In concrete terms, our 360 solutions allow business transformation and acceleration by means of technology and data applied to Customer #OmnichannelExperiences in fields such as #CustomerServices, #eCommerce, #Analytics or #Marketing.We target companies from different fields such as: #Retail, #LifeandSciences, #Manufacturing but also #Education, #NonProfit, #NGO etc.We are one of the top 3 partners of #Salesforce in Europe.Our team is composed of more than 500 people of 24 nationalities based in Spain and France, who have wide knowledge and experience that understands business processes and technology while enjoying what it does.Key to our success is the knowledge of our people.We are an innovation and Outstanding Knowledge award-winning, Salesforce Consulting Partner.Our priority is the well-being of the team.We foster a collaborative culture, involved and supported by our company values: #Talent, #flexibility, #commitment and #innovation.We bring them to everything we do.#TogetherWeGrow
