**Misión**:
El rol principal, del Product Marketing Manager, será liderar las campañas y estrategias de sus clientes, en base a la dirección y organización del equipo de la compañia y el trato con el cliente.
**Funciones**:
- Liderar las campañas y estrategias propias de la compañía y de sus clientes.
- Coordinación y dirección del equipo - Gestionar y liderar un equipo de 4 personas.
- Garantizar el buen funcionamiento de los procesos internos y las relaciones laborales, proponiendo mejoras cuando sea necesario.
- Estimular y controlar la consecución de los resultados de estrategias y campañas, ayudando y guiando al personal.
- Fidelización de la cartera de clientes ya establecida y la propuesta de mejoras para la consecución de los objetivos;
- Realizar el seguimiento proactivo de los clientes.
- Elaborar propuestas estratégicas y creativas de comunicación para nuevos clientes.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa de unos 3 - 4 años en agencia de marketing.
- Conocimiento amplio de Marketing digital.
- Haber gestionado un equipo mínimo de entre 3 y 4 personas.
- Excelente habilidad comunicativa.
- Coordinación, liderazgo y trato con cliente.
Esta empresa ofrece una posición estable con contrato indefinido, a tiempo completo, con un salario fijo.
